The principles of ‘eclectic approach’ are embodied in the curriculum design and general learning environment where opportunities are provided for children to acquire skills and concepts involving problem solving, decision making, questioning, evaluating & discovering.</div>

<div style="text-align: justify;">Development of reading readiness, writing readiness and pre-number concepts and promotion of knowledge and understanding skills, personal, moral and social skills and age appropriate values will be the focus.</div>

<h5><b>Language Development and pre-reading and pre-writing skills</b></h5>
<div style="text-align: justify;">Competence in talking and listening and in becoming readers and writers in essence (pre-reading and pre-writing skills), with rudiments of communication skills in English, and with a growing vocabulary and increased fluency to express their thoughts and convey the meaning to the listeners.</div>

	<li>As per the CBSE guidelines the CCE (Continuous and Comprehensive Evaluation) will be followed from classes 1 to 8.</li>
	<li>Continuous and Comprehensive Evaluation- Continuous and Comprehensive Evaluation refers to a system of school based evaluation of students that covers all aspects of development. The scheme is thus a curricular initiative, attempting to shift emphasis from testing to holistic learning. It aims at creating good citizens possessing sound health, appropriate skills and desirable qualities, apart from academic excellence. It is hoped that this will equip the learners to meet the challenges of life with confidence and success. The student shall be tested for both scholastic and co-curricular excellence.</li>
	<li>The academic session is divided into two terms:

			<li><b>Second term :</b> October to March</li>
